Can I calculate a chart without knowing the birth time?

Yes. Select “I do not know the time” to calculate the year, month and day pillars. The hour pillar is omitted rather than filled with a guessed answer, and the elements use six characters. Local noon is assumed; on a solar-term date, this can also affect the year or month pillar.

Why does another calendar show a different chart?

First check the calendar, leap-month option, country and city. Calendars can differ in whether they apply local mean solar time, the equation of time, a midnight or earlier day boundary, and solar-term rules. This site uses a midnight day change (sect 2) and a mean solar-time correction rounded to minutes.

Should I convert an overseas birth to Korean time?

No. Enter the date and clock time recorded at the birthplace. Selecting the country and city applies that location’s historical time-zone and daylight-saving rules. Only Korean lunar dates are supported; convert dates from other lunar calendars to Gregorian before entering them.

Does a zero element percentage mean something is wrong?

It means no character in this representative-element count belongs to that element. It does not mean you lack an ability or that a bad event must occur. The count does not include a complete hidden-stem and seasonal-strength analysis.

Does a share link contain my birth date or name?

Generated links contain only codes for the Four Pillars. They do not directly include the entered name, birth date, clock time or birthplace. Sharing a chart type is still a disclosure: anyone receiving the link can view the type, so do not distribute it if you prefer to keep it private.

How do birth details differ from analytics data?

Calculation runs in your browser; this service does not provide a calculation-server database that stores the form entries. Hosting can process ordinary access logs. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics and Clarity process usage data. The form and result areas are marked for Clarity masking. See the privacy policy for details and choices.

Can I print or change my result?

Use Print / Save as PDF below the result to open your browser’s print dialog. Editing details hides the previous result until you calculate again. Readings are for reflection, not clinical assessments or guarantees about future events.
